Frequently asked questions
Do I need to join a team or a season?+
No. Game On is for drop-in games — no season, no team commitment. Just find a game and play.
How much does it cost?+
Game On is free to use. Some hosts charge a small fee for court or venue costs, shown on each game. Use the Free games filter to see only free ones.
How do I know a game matches my skill?+
Every game lists a skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and how competitive it is. Player ratings and reviews show whether past games matched their label.
What if a game doesn't fill up?+
The player meter on each card shows how many spots are filled. You'll be notified if a game is almost full, changes, or is cancelled.
Can I leave a game after joining?+
Yes — open the game and choose Leave. Please leave early so someone else can take your spot; attendance affects your reliability score.
What is the reliability score?+
It's the percentage of games you joined and actually attended. Hosts and players use it to trust that people will show up.
What do I get with Game On+?+
Personalized recommendations, advanced player matching, saved friends, recurring games, priority waitlist alerts, activity stats and unlimited hosting for $10/month. In this prototype no payment is taken.
How many games can I host?+
